Limited Warranty and Repairing Services

 The following terms apply only to Taiwan official retail channels, for purchases in other regions, must follow local regulations, if you have any questions or concerns, please email customer service: admin@sumdex.com.tw

1. Warranty Services

A. Purchase of goods within 180 days:

Product defects not caused by misuse, abuse or accidents, please bring the goods together with the customer service card to our designated location, free maintenance will be provided.

B. Purchase of goods more than 180 days: 

Please bring the goods together with the customer service card to our designated location, maintenance fee will be charged at our discretion.

C. Please keep the customer service card securely, loss of the card will be considered as past due of the warranty period; Sumdex do not accept an amended or photocopied card.

2. Repair and Handling

A. For maintenance issues, please email your inquiry to customer service: admin@sumdex.com.tw or consult directly with sales associates at our boutique stores.

B. When contacting our store in person for repair, please present the customer service card to our sales associates who will record and proceed your request.

C. Maintenance services are limited to Taiwan region and do not include freight charges for goods.

D. Prior to sending the goods for repair, please check and make sure there is nothing personal left in the bag, also please remove accessories or attachments of your own, to avoid lost or damage during the transporting and maintaining process. 

E. Sumdex reserves the rights to final determine and change the maintenance service.

3. Repairing Materials and Parts

A. The serviceable parts of the goods shall be based on existing available materials at the maintenance center.

B. Sumdex reserves the rights to use alternative accessories or not to provide maintenance in response to conditions such as discontinuation of special series or materials.

C. As a respect to original design, Sumdex do not provide goods alteration services.

4. Repair time

A. In order to ensure the quality of maintenance, the goods must be returned to Sumdex service center for inspection, materials arranging and preparation, hence it takes about 45 working days for the whole process, in case of delay caused by materials, will be notified separately.

B. Sumdex shall not be liable for the maintenance when goods damage caused by any 3rd party of non-Sumdex service center.
